Still cranking away at the RX7's g as tank (I’ll do a summary post in the end) but today a special package for the Chevelle showed up.
This should do nicely - one of the biggest, thickest aluminum radiators that fits the stock mounts.
No, I’m not taking it out of the bag until I actually install it, whenever that may be

Looks good! Any reason you went with aluminum over copper?

I have the stock one which was re-cored less than a thousand miles ago, unfortunately it’s a 2-row and nowhere near the thermal capacity I’ll need for the engine I’m building. As for copper vs aluminum, availability, cost, and thermal capacity. 500HP makes a lot of heat.

Yeah that all makes sense. Didn’t know you were building a 500-hp motor for it, that’s pretty rowdy!
